Berkley Crime Report

Editor’s note: this one in an occasional series of posts documenting the incidents of harassment caused by Wendy Cochrane as she continues to harass Town employees and elected officials.

March 28, 2024.

Wendy Cochrane sure did have a special way of terrorizing Berkley Town Hall on a day to day basis. But March 28th 2024, was a unique day for paranoia and personality disorder. After bullying a Town Hall employee to the point of experiencing chest pains and PTSD, she then decided that the employee walking over to the Fire Dept for emergency care with an escort was actually a well hidden plot to bully and harass her.

All of these reports and charges bring us back to Cochrane running to her email for excuses. Here comes the bullshit from Batshit Wendy

“Please understand I meant no harm” (as she harmed repeatedly)

“…people in the building were being afraid of me.”

Lol…You think so…?

“I wanted to be able to to defend myself for fear of being taken away.”

And finally we get to read the direct account from her victim, supporting the other witness statements and calling out Cochrane’s lies and ongoing harassment for what they are.

“I am completely uncomfortable with the manner in which you communicate with me and I no longer wish to engage in any non-professional conversations…”

“Additionally, your admitted decision to confront Heather and myself at the Police Dept regarding a potential harassment claim in itself is clear intimidation and harassment.”

Ouch! I guess the truth only hurts once.

But Marchand’s right and she could have sued the Town of Berkley for millions if she had wanted anything but to get the hell away from Wendy Cochrane. The ongoing bullying and harassment from Cochrane to elected Town officials continues today through her social media accounts, including the Facebook account Berkley Tax Payer. The Cult members still haven’t figured out that she’s behind it – except for the ones who are collaborating with her to harass, defame, and stalk, including two elected officials! We’ll be getting to them soon. In the meantime…
