Great news everyone. George gets to keep enjoying his views of someone else’s land until the property is sold in order to build a 100 home 40B development. And apparently he hasn’t done much research on his puppet, Berkley Planning Board member Gregory Unger. Heaping that much praise publicly on someone with Unger’s complicated history with law enforcement is curious at best but politics does make strange bedfellows…

In other news, the Say No Cult tried to create some disruption by arguing against statutory articles designed to affect payments and transfers. After a few unintelligible turns at the microphone and having nothing of substance to say, they naturally gave up.

And lastly, no word from Silent Bob Longton at Town Meeting. Why didn’t the Selectwomen allow him to participate in the reading of the warrant articles and discussion? Why are they hiding the Longton seat from the scrutiny of having to actively participate in town government as a Selectman?
